Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

At Waisted by Design™, Due to the intimate nature of waist beads and our commitment to hygiene, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your waist bead breaks due to a defect within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly provide a one-time replacement of the same or similar style.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Please note:

• Items that show signs of wear, damage from improper handling, or alterations are not eligible for replacement.

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with replacement unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase with Waisted by Design, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

All approved issues are handled at my discretion and may be resolved with a replacement

REPLACEMENTS:

As a courtesy, Waisted by Design offers a one-time replacement for waist beads that experience breakage within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Requests must include photos and be submitted within the stated time frame to waistedbydesignllc@gmail.com

Breakage occurring after this period is considered normal wear and is not eligible for replacement. Waist beads are delicate body adornments. Longevity varies based on wear, body movement, and care.
