At Waisted By Design, each order is handled with intention and care. Please review the shipping policy below before placing your order. 


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Processing time is 1-2 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends). Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.

For shipping, please allow 3–7 business days for your delivery. There may be delays depending on your location and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, your location, and your carrier. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. *Please make sure your address is correct before checking out*

Waisted By Design is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Waisted By Design™ is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
